1. Agreement
By using the Sparkworks website (sparkworks.tech) and its services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. "Sparkworks", "we", and "us" refer to Sparkworks Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Services
We provide the following services:
- Free AI Visibility Teaser Audit — an automated snapshot of your website's AI search readiness.
- AI Visibility Deep Audit — a paid, detailed audit with competitor benchmarking and action roadmap.
- Full GEO Implementation Sprint — hands-on schema deployment, entity fixes, and citation boosting.
- AI Search Watch — ongoing monthly GEO monitoring and reporting.
- Website as a Service (WaaS) — monthly managed website hosting and maintenance.
- Growth & AI Visibility Retainer — monthly content, entity, and visibility management.
3. Free Audit
The free teaser audit is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. It is limited to 2 scans per email address per 24-hour period. Results are based on automated heuristic analysis and may not reflect the full state of your website's AI visibility. No guarantees of ranking improvement are made.
4. Paid Services, Subscriptions & Payment
- All displayed prices are in GBP (£) and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed in USD by Creem.io at an approximate fixed conversion (1.27) because Creem does not support GBP.
- One-off paid orders are confirmed by email immediately after successful payment.
- Monthly services (AI Search Watch, WaaS, Growth Retainer) are billed monthly in advance via recurring subscription. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice to info@sparkworks.tech, subject to any minimum term.
- WaaS agreements have a minimum term of 12 months unless otherwise stated.
- Add-ons (BrightLocal, Extra Competitor Monitoring) are one-off purchases and cannot be added to a subscription checkout at the same time.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to info@sparkworks.tech, subject to any minimum term.
- One-off audits: if we have not begun work, you may cancel for a full refund. Once delivery has started, no refund is available.
- WaaS agreements are subject to an early termination fee equal to the remaining months of the minimum term.
6. Intellectual Property
All audit reports, recommendations, and content produced by Sparkworks remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, deliverables are licensed to you for your business use. Website code and templates created under WaaS remain the property of Sparkworks for the duration of the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sparkworks provides services in good faith but does not guarantee specific search rankings, AI citation rates, or business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the free audit to scan domains you do not own or have authority over.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the service, or interfere with its operation.
- Submit false or misleading information.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
